We currently do have or foresee the following job openings: PARAMEDIC The minimum requirements to be considered for employment as a Paramedic: • Have a current National Registry and Indiana State Certifications; • Have current CPR and ACLS certification; • Must already be sponsored or have the ability to be sponsored under the Methodist Hospital Paramedic System; • Have the ability to adhere to the physical needs of the position and • Have open availability to meet the needs of the community and our customers. EMT-BASIC The minimum requirements to be considered for employment as an EMT-B: • Have a Indiana State Certification; • Have a current CPR certification card; • Have a valid driver's license with no serious infractions; • Have the ability to adhere to the physical needs of the position and • Have open availability to meet the needs of the community and our customers. DISPATCHER All applicants for positions available in the dispatch center must: • Have computer experience using Windows based applications; • Be able to speak clearly and concise; • Be able to successfully complete the requirement of attaining Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification in a timely manner; • Have the ability to adhere to the physical needs of the position and • Have open availability to meet the needs of the community and our customers. MEDCAR • Must have a valid driver's license with no serious infractions; • Have the ability to adhere to the physical needs of the position and • Have open availability to meet the needs of the community and our customers.
